Refund policy

Boozt Buddy offers a 30-day return policy. This gives you 30 days to return your product after receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once your return has been registered and accepted, you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to pack and ship your items. Please note that any returns that have not been registered and officially requested will not be handled or accepted.

Damaged or missing orders

Make sure to inspect your ordered items as soon as received. If any items are damaged or defective or, if you have received the wrong order, please contact our support team as soon as possible enabling us to send you the correct content of your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to purchase another product from our range, please return your order by following our return procedure. Once the return is accepted, we advise you to place a separate order for the items you want.   

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will inform you to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that some banks or credit card companies need additional time to process and post the refund. 

In the rare case that 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our support.
